  • You may return most new, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • Certain items (e.g., clearance, special orders) may be non-returnable—please check product descriptions for details.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Returns must include all original accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Easy Return Process

  1. Contact Us – Reach out to our support team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Instructions – We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
  3. Ship Your Item – Package your product securely and send it back. Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds & Timeline

  • Once your returned cycling equipment or e-bike accessories are received and inspected, we’ll process your refund.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
